PAIRING

Chardonnay goes well with all fish dishes, both first and second courses, especially if elaborate and tasty. It prefers white meats, cooked on the grill or in the oven, and accompanied by light sauces. Also excellent as an aperitif and to accompany mature cheeses and jams.
