Thanks to its floral notes and delicate flavor, Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato Doc Duchessa Lia is excellent as an aperitif. It perfectly pairs with fish-based courses, soups, flans and vegetable soups, consommés. It also goes with white meat dishes.
