The zabaione that goes with the cake, in fact, has been prepared by adding, to the classic base of eggs and sugar, a glass of Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG Duchessa Lia, whose delicate and enveloping scents of fresh fruit perfectly match the toasted aroma of hazelnuts.
And finally, don’t forget to pair the cake with the same wine used for the zabaione, the Brachetto DOCG Duchessa Lia: vinified with Brachetto grapes exclusively from the hills of Acqui, naturally sweet and harmonious.
